Moksha provides the following within the labour law field;

  • On line legal opinions and advice. Subscribers would email all necessary information to enable Moksha to draft an opinion or advice on the matter. The opinion would be justified through the use of case law authorities, including quotations from the judgements. The advantage of this opinion or advice would be to highlight the strength and/or weaknesses of a particular matter. This would enable the subscriber to consider either settling a dispute or pursuing the matter at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils or Labour Courts, using the case authorities included in the opinion. For obtaining an opinion or advice send an email to info@caselaswreview.co.za and a document will be sent to you enabling you to highlight the necessary information needed.

  • Training on the latest and binding developments within the labour law arena. Training will be conducted in groups of up to 20 participants at a time. This will allow for more personal interaction and discussion.

  • Chairing internal enquiries. Given his current and past experience as a statutory labour law arbitrator, Moksha will implement the same standard of fairness, using his extensive knowledge in the field, as what he would in a statutory arbitration.

  • Private arbitrations.

  • Labour law related mediation, including matters of mutual interest, matters adjudicated through the courts such as review applications, automatically unfair dismissals etc.

  • As a mediator Moksha also mediates commercial disputes and family and divorce disputes.
