Moksha was admitted as an attorney in 2003. He is currently a Part Time Commissioner at the CCMA and sits as an arbitrator on the National Bargaining Council for the Road Freight Industry, the National Bargaining Council for the Chemical Industry, the Metal Engineering Industries Bargaining Council, the Education Labour Relations Council, the Statutory Council for the Paper Printing and Packaging Industry and is a Tokiso panelist. Moksha has been preparing summaries and commentaries on labour court decisions from 2007. To date his work is distributed to conciliators and arbitrators nationally in certain Bargaining Councils. All 4 Labour Courts and the Labour Appeal Court receive the monthly edition of Case Law Review.

He is accredited through the Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) as a mediator. CEDR is an internationally recognised institute and a forerunner in the field of mediation. Moksha has also successfully completed an advanced course in family and divorce mediation.

For 3 years Moksha had a weekly column in The Post Newspaper, writing on labour related matters.

He ran his own legal practice from 2006 to 2008.

Moksha obtained his BA from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and his LLB from the University of Natal, Durban campus.
