CASE LAW REVIEW provides summaries, quotations and commentary on the very latest decisions handed down by the Labour and Labour Appeal Courts.

In an industry where knowledge translates to a more efficient and effective service, Case Law Review is designed to keep subscribers abreast with judgments in a manner that is easy to understand, less time consuming with thoroughly researched commentary. The judgements dealt with would be considered binding on statutory and private arbitrators.
Each summary ranges between 2 to 3 pages which includes a quote from the actual decision, encapsulating the principle of the case and can be used by an end user when arguing their case at a tribunal or Court. The commentary provides for cross referencing the case summarised with other similar decisions in the past or judgements which differ in principle. Often quotes from the judgement used as a cross reference will be included to highlight the similarities or differences between the decisions.
Each monthly edition will have on average 4 case summaries.
